We use a secure client portal to process all payments. Once you’ve spoken with a Doody Warriors team member, we’ll create your account and email you login info. Signing up takes under 2 minutes.
Inside your portal, you can:
Link your debit or credit card securely
View past and upcoming services
Access all invoices and receipts
Once your card is linked, we’ll automatically charge your account on the 1st of each month and email you a receipt. You’ll never have to worry about missing a payment!
Note:
Your card must be connected before your first cleanup. If not, we’ll attempt to contact you. If we can’t reach you, your service will be rescheduled to the next available date, which may be weeks out depending on the season. Need help? We’re happy to assist by phone. -
Yes! We bill on the 1st of each month for upcoming services.
For initial cleanups or one-time services, payment is due the day we complete the job.
If you sign up for ongoing service after your first cleanup, you'll be billed for:
The initial cleanup
Any remaining cleanups that month Then your regular monthly billing begins on the 1st of the following month.
Example:
John signs up for weekly service starting 3/15 at $80/month. His initial cleanup is $100.
3/15 Charge:
Initial Cleanup – $100
Remaining March Cleanups (3/22 & 3/29) – $40
Total Charged on 3/15: $1404/1 Charge: $80
5/1 Charge: $80
…and so on.
Important:
If payment isn't received by the 1st, service will be paused until payment is made.You may see a $1.50 test charge when linking your card—this is just a system verification. No funds are taken.

We operate like your trash pickup—on a service day, not a set time. Our routes run from 7:30 a.m. until dusk.
You’ll receive a text notification about 60 minutes before we arrive. If you’re near the start of our route, your heads-up may be 15–30 minutes.
Your scoop day will stay consistent each week. If it changes, we’ll notify you ahead of time.

Nope! As long as we can easily access your gate, you don’t need to be home when we scoop.

Absolutely. Health and safety are our priority. We sanitize our tools and footwear between each yard using kennel-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of bacteria and disease.
